Out of the Rubble

A Year ago today, much of the Southeastern United States was devastated with a severe weather event that rewrote the history books, but what happens when said event passes through your area and takes out your garage full of Mustangs? You build them back. Especially one of the rarest offerings from SVT, a 2000 Cobra R, the 33rd out of 300 built.
