Mustang Voted ‘Hottest Car’ at SEMA again

Typically we don’t like rubbing things in here at “The Mustang Source.”

You know, stuff like how hot the Mustang is compared to any other muscle car on the road.

OK, actually we do − especially when the accolades come from a show as big as SEMA, which gives Mustang owners a lot more bragging rights on the street.

For the second year in a row, the Mustang was voted “Hottest Car” at the 2013 SEMA show in Las Vegas.

“It’s a great validation of what the Mustang has been for 50 years…People have been customizing it, racing it, just driving it on the street and having fun,” said George Goddu, manager, Ford Racing Performance Group, on a SEMA video honoring the Ford pony car.

Ah, you couldn’t be more right Mr. Guddo. That said, we’ll be expecting a lot more of all that customizing, racing, and fun wrapped into the new 2015 model, which has made the Mustang one of the most popular cars in America . So don’t disappoint us.

Check out the SEMA video below highlighting a few more people at the show speaking about why the Mustang is such a popular car.
