Mustang Mod Packs More Than a Classic Color Combo
It’s kind of hard to get past the exterior beauty of this ‘65 Mustang. The clean restomod, crafted by Paul Gammerino of Mustangs & Fast Fords OC, is stunning to say the least.
Painted in Poppy Red with white GT350 stripes, the car is a dazzling display of what patience gets you when you’re restoring a Mustang, as highlighted in a Mustang 360 report.
But there’s so much more to this classic Mustang, which the camp at Mustang 360 describes as one of the most fascinating Mustang projects they’ve seen in 40 years.
Some of the car’s many mods include a fuel-injected Ford Racing small-block with Edelbrock electronic fuel injection, automatic overdrive, and four-wheel power disc brakes.
Paul Gammerino started the project in 2003, but it wouldn’t be until 2006 when the car would get that Poppy Red paint job, which came at the urging of Paul’s wife, Michelle.
It’s a really interesting article, with lots more pretty pictures, so check it out here. Then let us know what you think!
