Mustang Duo Sets World’s Largest Tire Mark Record
This Guinness World Record Raises Breast Cancer Awareness With the Largest Tire Mark Ever
Here’s a Guinness World Record attempt that every Mustang fan on the planet probably wants to try: the world’s biggest, most-insane burnout. Especially behind the wheel of an RTR-D drift-spec Mustang.
Okay, so that isn’t the official name of this Guinness World Record. But it certainly seems fitting after watching the video above. Check out this amazing feat, pulled off by an aggressive team of Mustang enthusiasts.
In fact, this puts an entirely new spin on the concept of a burnout. The mega-monstrous drift was accomplished by AlJazirah Vehicles Agencies, Saudi Arabia’s Ford distributor, and AlJazirah Ford Racing. The drivers have been identified as Abdulhadi Al-Qahtani and Muath Al-Essa, according to Drivearabia.com. Together, they are now the proud record holders of the World’s Largest Tyre Mark.

The record-setting Mustang drift measured 9,515 square feet of billowing smoke. Pink, no less, in order to raise awareness for breast cancer. To obtain the record, the team needed to beat 5,381 square feet of tire marks. It reportedly took 45 minutes to complete the ribbon-shaped burnout.
However, it’s a little unclear whether it was completed in a series of drifts, or in one continuous, monumental stunt. Either way, this Guinness World Record had to be a blast for everyone involved.
