Motortrend Oops!

Sitting yesterday at the doctors office, I began thumbing through some of the magazines on the table beside me. Notably Motor Trend, where I found myself scanning through the November 2012 edition, reading the article about the 2012 Best Drivers Cars.

In the article, everything is covered from Italian super cars, German feats of engineering, American muscle, all the way to the Japanese high tech. One thing really caught my eye on the GT500 spec sheet. While obviously the numbers were a slight over look and just a mere typo, but coming in at slightly over 6 foot tall and around 4.5 foot wide, I have a feeling the GT500 probably wouldn’t be nearly the machine it is to drive today.

Besides, it would look a bit odd, almost like a Smart car if I had my guess. 662hp would be interesting in that platform however.
