When it comes to a collection of contemporary Mustangs, there might not be a more coveted group than those showcased at the recent 45th Anniversary Scottsdale Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction.

A total of 39 Mustangs formerly owned by Jack Miller crossed the block at the popular Arizona car show with “no reserve,” as highlighted in a Mustang 360 report.

Those that know anything about Miller, who owns Miller’s Ale Houses, know that he’s built quite a collection of modern-day Mustangs. Many of the 39 sold at Barrett-Jackson have low miles and are pretty rare, as you’d probably expect.

The crop of 39 includes limited-edition Shelby, Saleen, and Roush specialty Mustangs that have been signed by the men who have been synonymous with the Mustang name over the years.

Despite the rarity of many of the cars, however, the auction prices were far more reasonable than most would probably expect. For example, the 2008 Dan Gurney special-edition Saleen with the serial number 002 (pictured above) was swooped up for $51,700.
