If you’re going to introduce a new aftermarket part for a sixties Mustang at SEMA we can’t think of better way of doing it than an approach being taken by Hotchkis Sport Suspension.

In tribute to the famous car chase from the movie Bullitt, the aftermarket company will debut a new suspension system for the 1964-70 Mustang at the Las Vegas show with a pro-touring tribute to Steve McQueen’s Highland Green Mustang going wheel to wheel against actor Patrick Warburton in the black Charger, according to a Hot Rod report.

Hey, we won’t hold it against the Rules of Engagement star here at The Mustang Source for plotting with the enemy.  We’re still fans.

In the simulated SEMA showdown, both cars will be equipped with an upgraded Hotchkis suspension kit and new Hotchkis-tuned APS adjustable monotube shocks.

Below is a video showcasing the new adjustable shocks at work just in case you don’t make it to the show, which runs Nov. 5 to Nov. 8.
