This is what happens when I guy opens his car door without looking on a busy main street...

People suck these days... Is he or his insurance gnna end up paying for your repairs!

Not sure yet. Happened Friday on way home from work. He blamed me but police report puts blame on him. Have to wait and let insurance companies duke it out, I guess!

My neighbor is a cop, and this subject came up one day and usually unless the driver is drunk, or clearly driving too close to parked cars, the fault falls on the person opening the door. It is their responsibility to look before opening the door.
