lol... thanks guys. Gary, it’s not that bad actually. Lifts can be had for under $2k (Chinese special), to $5-$6k. Depends on what you want. Then install it yourself. Do you have the space?

Same here, I don't have the height to do the lift. I would have to convert one of the bedrooms to make it happen.

Thanks Marty! Yeah, some folks think a lift won’t fit in their 2 or 3 car garages with a 10-11’ ceiling. It actually does - google it even... I have two buddies locally with that setup. Granted, they can’t fit an SUV on top of an SUV, but they can fit a car under a car. It just increases the # of cars that can be stored in the garage.

But next house, deeper garage and game on!

Ok... some new updates. Meant to post this sooner but too busy.
Mounted my older 50” Panny TV from bedroom (since we replaced it with a new 4K 60”er) on a full motion tilt swivel wall mount, in the Garaj Mahal. Gonna use it via over the air antenna HD but also via the Roku Streaming Stick +. Last pic of the TV shows it fully extended and turned to right:
Then here’s a pic of Wruby parked in her stable (lift is not raised to max at moment so can’t fit her under... Marilyn is under at moment) along with the rest of the family. Can fit 6, but comfortable with 5.
Next mods for Garaj = 2nd TV above Fridge, and Big A$$ ceiling fan between 2 stall and 3rd!

Jeep is looking sweet, and I love the Garage Mahal.
I recently updated living room TV to 55" LG OLED 4k. All I can say is wow. OLED makes a huge difference in contrast and dark. 4k rules too, just recently watched a special on LaMans 24h race and the clarity and detail were ridiculous.

Over a year of living here and I still find myself in awe of this Garaj. I often just spend time in there just because... lol. It’s too hot lately, but still. Today I had to change the wife’s oil, so I loaded Portia on the lift and went to town. Even had my son helping. He did the easy part of pushing a button haha!
I did my impersonation of musical cars, and got everything rearranged, out of the 100 degree sun, while I changed Portia’s oil. Hindsight I should have put an A/C in!!! Ugh.

Thanks so much guys. Long time designing and planning. Neighbor of mine built a 4 car wide garage, but didn’t do the depth. So he can barely fit 4 vehicles in there, then throw in garage items like bikes, mowers, snowblowers, etc... he’s screwed. I think the issue is most people think of garages as for vehicles only. They forgot the other things like storage, or a fridge, or electrical outlets, etc I could go on and on. They don’t realize that for a small increase in investment, they can actually UTILIZE their garages and not have to do the limbo to just walk around in it.
Example, even my two stall portion, I built extra deep. I can have Wruby parked comfortably with the Garaj door CLOSED, open her trunk fully, AND have so much room between the front of it and the steps to the house door, more so the wall.
Also update: I’m looking into my next “mod” for the Garaj... ceiling fan. I designed it to accommodate a 72” ceiling fan. I was thinking about this one. What do y’all think? It comes with 4” length downrod, which is great because I don’t want to lose too much ceiling height. My ceiling is at 12’.

I think a fan addition would be awesome. I know my garage gets a bit sultry and stuffy in the hot summer months. Would be nice to have a way to move some air. Should help cool things down much quicker than just opening the doors. Might want to look at something more than a 4" drop though.

I think that’s the one I want, but my wife said to cool the spending jets for a bit. Lol. Maybe for Father’s Day!? Lol.
What worries me about moving that air - dust. Whenever I turn it on, I’ll probably throw a thick layer of dust on my detailed vehicles
And what’s wrong with the 4” drop, Shane? I want to maximize the ceiling height.

Z. That fan you linked doesn't move much air for a 72" fan. Only 7200 cfm's.
What's important in a fan is cfm and number of speeds. For example, the 64" fanimation covert fan at Lowe's moves 9000 cfm's and has 31 speeds. That allows for micro control over the speed to cool but not blow stuff away.
I have the covert on my patio and I love it. It's damp rated also. I just got a fan for my bedroom and it's 60" and 7000 cfm. The blade design is key.
