Floor mats

I am thinking about getting some new floor mats to keep the originals in good condition. For those of you who have after market floor mats, what did you get and where did you get them?

I bought the Mustang all weather floor mats from the Ford parts dept. They look awesome, keep my carpet protected, and snap right into the posts. They also have small mats for the back seat. I love em. Here's what they look like: http://accessories.ford.com/all-weat...lack-9758.html

I just ordered the WeatherTech package. I guess there filling every car magazine with 10 page adds finally worked on me.

I figure it would be good for protecting the primary carpet layer while keeping my boss mats new and in the house

I ordered these too, but from American Muscle. I like them a lot! They look like a factory option with the embossed pony.

I got the Lloyds embroidered Boss 302 mats from americanmuscle.com. That said, if the stock setup came with rear mats, I probably would have kept those in. I view floor mats as a consumable. If you like the stock mats, enjoy them, and when they wear out, replace them. I personally do not like rubber floor mats except in snowy climates. Not many Bosses will experience snow. That's just my $0.02.

I'm waiting on my CocoMats to arrive. I've had them in my last two cars and really like them - they look good, wear like iron, don't show dirt, are very easy to take care of (shake them out every now and then) and they're made in the USA by a small family owned company in South Carolina.

I did a custom pattern to get more coverage than the stock mats. I'll post a photo when they arrive.

I kept the stock mats and I have a nice amount of snow on my currently, the rest is under the car and on the tires. I have the same feeling on the mats and the rest of the car really, meant to be used.

Anyone have any pics of the ones that they have purchased, other than the originals?

No pics but WeatherTech are the best mats I've had. Holding up great at 27K miles.

WeatherTech pics

I bought these late last summer, and they are really nice. I had some plates made to fit in the recess where the WeatherTech label was. The mats fit well, stay in place, and control any debris that gets tracked in.

I just installed my WeatherTechs front rear and in the trunk. Soooo nice! They fit like a glove and are pretty nice quality.

I was going to do exactly the same with Boss plate. Where did you get them made?

Mine sit in the basement as they are not welcomed at track events
