Can you actually imagine Tony owning a Wrangler?
It would be the cleanest, most-never-muddy Jeep EVER.
Tony, please don't ever get a Wrangler.
They're meant to get dirty.

LMFAO
Unfortunately, Gabe's right. I'll have a fit keeping it clean. lol
Maybe Tony could park it half on the lawn and half on the driveway.
He'd spend 2 hours raking the area the 2 tires would touch and probably vacuum the grass, just in case any loose dirt might still be around that might get stuck to the tires.
By the way Tony, Lisa (my wife, for those that don't know) says she'd be more than happy to show you how to get a Jeep dirty.
And she'd also love to show you how to properly drive that Roush
LOL you guys... I don't get on for a couple days, and my thread blows up with you hooligans making fun of Tony. HAHAHA We love you, Tony.
To those of you who commented on possibly me switching my order again - NO SIR! I am dead set on my Sahara build, and I cannot WAIT to get her. No more switching! For sure! Promise, cross my heart and hope to xxx. LOL. Pinky swear.
As to Tony having a fit keeping her clean, lol for sure. But the problem is - I think I'd be the SAME way! My thoughts for license plate:
NVRDRTY
NO MUD
NO DIRT
H8 DIRT
hehe.
As to the comment about my name being on the build/spec sheet on the window, the dealership just printed a new one... no big deal. As luck would have it, that specific JL Sport that was supposed to be mine, there was a lot of scuff marks/paint issues on the bottom of the softtop. They claim it was due to transportation. So guess what, it was meant to be I think. I would have had to decline the vehicle anyways - causing a rebuild (probably longer).
Still in D1 status! Come on May 10th!!! Well, really, it probably won't get here till week after or so...

Off-roading is fun but you gotta be 100% prepared to do damage to your ride, including scratches and I'm not sure you can handle that, knowing your detailing obsession!
Kyle - you're right, I'll probably never take it offroad. HAHA. The idea of scratching and marring the undercarriage or side steps, etc... makes me cringe. The dirt I can live with, but the scratches!?!?!?! ugh... those are permanent.

Me too Tony! Me too. I checked the other day with my dealership, and no luck. No change. Now I fear it will be a couple months before I see it. There's been a couple folks on my JL forum that have ordered it in early January, and JUST go them last week. Ugh. That's 4 months. Hopefully mine won't be like that.

That's cool Rog! Where'd you get that from? Send me a link. I do need a frame! Heck, I need a personalized plate idea yet

Btw, so - since I don't have Wruby yet, my mind wanders into what I'll be doing to her once she does arrive.
- swap out to all weather mats immediately (pics of those earlier in this thread)
- swap out to black satin Mopar fuel door IF, and only IF, FiatChrysler didn't include it as standard already. Apparently, customers complained from getting their Sahara's, that they weren't included. Allegedly, Fiat listened. So if it doesn't come with one, I'll have to install since I have it ready to go. If it does, GREAT, then a guy is set to buy it.
- finish selling my Mopar side steps that I have sitting in the Garaj Mahal. My Sahara comes with it already, so no need. I already have a buyer locally.
- shorty antenna
- blacking out the emblems. Good ole plastidip, and will look like THIS:
What do y'all think about the last 2 "mods" above?
UPDATE... went ahead and ordered a 17 dollar short antenna from AntennaX. 13" offroad. It seemed to be high rated/valued within the Jeep community forums. I was going to get the really short ones, but I want close/matching OEM quality, and this was the best. What you think?
