Noise when turning
I just bought a 2013 Mustang GT with 24,000 miles on it. When turning either direction, I get a loud noise. It hard to describe, its not quite a grinding noise, but it is very noticeable. Anyone run across this or have any recommendations of where I should start looking for the issue?

I just bought the car and the place I bought it from has brought it to the shop to fix a small dent. Once I get it back, I am going to bring it in to the dealership and check on the warranty and what it will fix. I believe Ford warranty is 36 months/60,000 miles. The car has less than 25,000 miles on it.

I brought the car into a shop today. They told me that the noise is caused by the strut being to long for the lowering springs. I've never heard of this before. When I put lowering springs on my Camaro I did not get any noises. They also noticed a bolt was loose and tightened that up. Most of the noise went away after that. I don't know what brand springs are on the car, but I can tell it has been lowered though. The springs are blue.

Never heard of that too. Might be your strut mounts. SR performance, Steeda, Eibach and Ford Performance are blue springs, maybe more out there
