Fog Light Mounts for Upper Grille
Has anybody modified their upper grille in order to mount the fogs behind the grille? See attached picture, as seen in the American Muscle summer catalog. This is a picture of a GT/CS with the fogs slightly centered on the upper grille.

yes you can do it and you can buy the relocation kit on Ebay for 40 bucks.
