Yes, they have!

These and a few others out there can be had by just googling '2005 Mustang door insert' and off ya go.

You can also go shop at your local fabric store for some other fabric and cover the inserts yourself. You just tape off the bits you don't want glued with GOOD masking tape, then (after scrubbing the heck out of the insert panel area) contact cement whatever fabric you want on the insert. Black velvet, red suede, pebblegrain tan... zebra ****... whatever you want. I would think an exacto knife in the channel 'round the fabric would be needed unless you're THAT good at cutting out a pattern... Oh, and some sorta shovy thing to get the material in that channel...

Or take it to an upholstery shop and have it done, just be sure they know to scrub the insert area clean (probably use some sorta airtool to do that) and then use *contact* cement, not that spray can/airbrush type stuff they use, and let them handle it.

Anyway, yep, they do. Hope this helps!

Oh, nope. Ain't seen those. The main panels aren't the problem for the most part, so there's no real reason to change 'em. They're also not like the old Fox panels that are mainly cardboard and covering, and even the S197 had a vinyl covering over the hard plastic. The S197 is full grained plastic with the inserts, so there's nothing to really change out except color. Unless you get them messed up with scratches or gouges or melt the grain in some way, they're gonna just be like that.

I did find a full race panel if you wanted, though... http://www.scottrodfab.com/s197mustang.html
But as you can see... it's not user friendly.

You could cover the originals or some outta a junkyard with whatever wrap you'd like, including of course carbon fiber pattern, or paint them, or...

But you wanna buy them done? Not yet. Maybe a few more years some repops will show up.
