    It's been almost 3 years since I did it. I remember, that if you want it to work only with your headlight switch, use the blue/red wire. If you want it to be on constantly, and you turn it off at the console switch, use the other hot wire that is there. The last is a ground, so it is fairly easy.

    I changed mine and did it like the newer Mustangs. I have access to the wiring diagram for the 2011's, which will make it easy to follow and do it the right way. If you want or need it, I will send you a link.
