What if I don't have an amp and go aftermarket do I have to do any wire splicing or tapping in to. I want to avoid wire splicing or tapping. Also I saw one member (RM2092) in the post he posted a pic with all the dash out. Do I have to that to?It looked very intimidating,

I can't confirm that, but another member had a 2013 and claimed he didn't need the amp. Now the unit doesn't have the amp itself, so since he claimed that he didn't need an amp, that tells me there is an amp already in the car.

If you are getting the parts, the harness and amp all plug right in. If you don't get much sound, then you know you need an amp. Others have gone aftermarket for better sound, though.
