    No, I didn't ask for rush delivery so it came in on their regular stock order along with the pipe.
    Unless I need it badly I don't rush anything, but I do know that some dealers charge Shipping for any special order parts, we had a dealer like that around here that went under 3 or 4 years ago and our Mack truck dealer does also.
