I have attempted to find help from other Mustang Source members regarding information on my 1999 Mustang Cobra Champ Car Pace Car.
I think I posted a couple of requests regarding the build of this vehicle and a partnership with Champ Car, Ford Motor Company and built by Jack Roush & Kenny Brown.
Only Kenny Brown's crew has responded.
Cari of Kenny Brown is trying to find a number for Joel Butland the Pace Car manager for the then Champ Car Pace cars.
Any help you would be able to provide will be greatly appreciated.
The car has vin # 1FAFP46V7XF100061. The colors are Metalic orange, white & gray.

Hi Jon- Thanks for contacting me. I'm really new to this kind of thing. I have been reading a lot of posts about the issues surrouding delivery of the new 12 Mustang. I ordered mine, a V6 Race Red Conv. with various options on April 2. I received a DORA from the dealer on 4/5(whatever that means) and just got a VIN from the dealer yesterday. I read that Deysha is very helpful in helping new buyers figure out what's going on with build and delivery. I'm not sure how to contact her and would appreciate your help with that. I have owned several Mustang Conv. over the years including a 66 Conv. V8 whcih I have since sold. I love Mustangs and can't wait to get mine but it seems there are a lot of delays and issues. Do you have any information about these things?
