For young stallions slap or flick on the nose - even with play "gumming".
"Cute" habits can become serious when they get older. NO BITING HUMANS ALLOWED!

Have you tried lemon juice or something else bitter? Put it in his mouth everytime he tries to bite you.

Like RBB said get a chew toy and every time he starts to bite playing say no or get can of pennies and say no and shake it then put the toy in is mouth. If he grabs it and tugs on it
Tell him good boy and praise him. Also when your playing and he starts biting tell him no and turn your back on him and ignore him, even if you have to walk out of the room and shut the door. He will eventually get it if you are consistent. Hell think wow every time I bite momma she goes away, he will learn.
