I'm a little jealous that friends of ours are going to get to visit my son there before I do. They are going in the beginning of December. Our local high school marching band will be participating in the Pearl Harbor Parade this year and one of their kids is in the band. Their oldest has been one of my son's best friends since kindergarden. So jealous :/

Well it is the rainy season

Very true, it is the rainy season!
I'll be there in December, lol. Last few days have been awesome here, but still in the low 50s.

got back from snowboarding in Vail, CO a couple weekends ago. Some shots with this lens, really my only quality lens i have and its awesome.
shot from inside, a very snowy day.
The beautiful host who let me and my friends crash at her house.
kinda messed up on the PP to try to get the colors right but ya get the idea
And my first attempt at a panoramic with this lens, heck with any dSLR really. Photoshop does an awesome job stitching these pictures together.

Here are a couple I've shot. My friends and I have little photo contests. Since a couple of them are professional photographers, we have a cell phone camera only rule. These are some of my favorites.
