looks are deceiving in this case, that's looks like a 59 impala, but I'm betting its a body kit on a corvette

something like this, and entirely possible its the same vehicle, NC has some cool hotrods pop up from time to time

it`s called a 57-8-9 .. it has features of all three years ..
