There aren't all that many fat people in Texas. The fat people live in Indiana and yes, they do seem to gravitate to Wal-Mart.

Speaking of experiences, maybe you Texicans should enlighten the rest of the country about your HEB stores. They might even be cooler than Buc-ees! Great FREE samples and cheap Blue Bell ice cream; it's everything I ever wanted!

 

It looks like you guys lost 3. You're still #1 Mission, Tx & #5 Port Arthur, Tx keep the faith though because you're still the only state with more than one city in the top ten.

 

Cheap Blue Bell? I think it's like $5 a gallon. I remember just a few years ago they routinely ran sales at HEB for Blue Bell and it was 2 for 5$.

HEB is ok. That's where we shop. Here the choice is HEB or Walmart so that's not much of a choice. The HEB Central Markets in towns like Austin and San Antonio are really cool but they are two hours from me.

There may be some on here who won't like this, but the "fattest" cities in Texas also have some of the largest percentages of their populations made up of Latinos.

 

I shop at HEB mainly because its 2 miles from my house. They do have an awesome selection, but they aren't as cheap as Walmart.

 

And people on welfare.

 

I can think of at least one thing that would be more frustrating for him.
