Isn't that normal on the island?
Here in Germany you always see folks on the side of the road, and they aren't usually shy. At some of the bigger fests there is a wall or hill where folks go. Strange.

But in texas people have no shame! I seen a group of people taking roadside dumps (next to a no dumping sign!) as i drove by.

Had a friend that had to take an emergency dump under an overpass in Texas. One of the funniest stories I've ever heard!
