I wanted a Challenger over the Mustang until the Boss 302...but since I hate car payments it's going to be a while unless I get smart and just sell all my stuff off...lol

Have you driven them? I hate my vette, by far the worst decision on a car I EVER made...rides like a log truck, which is why I'm yanking the engine and putting it in something else since nobody wants to buy it. I've spent a lot of time in the C6 vettes too and they are just OK but I wouldn't take a long road trip in them.

I liked the C6 until I spent ONLY 2 hours in it and that was broken up into Four 30 minute trips in one day...I couldn't wait to get out of it at the end.

My GR40 Griggs car with race seats and no rubber bushings is a MUCH nicer ride than my C4 Corvette....and handles far better too!

I hate driving our C4, I would never take a corvette to be an everyday driver because its also a pain to get in and out of all the time

Only complaint I have with long distances in my car is the seats. After about 3 hours straight my back starts to hurt. My dad complained about them after only about 45 minutes. I told him he was more than welcome to by me some new ones.

I took mine to northeast PA and back to FL a few times already. Once my exhaust broke in Virginia on the way home with the munchkin and it sounded like a dump truck for 9 hours.

When I had my stock seats, I thought the same. If I hadn't gotten rid of them, I would probably just swap them for the long distance trips.

Even with the SVTPP, I think I could drive the 500 just about anywhere, even with my ****ed up back. No doubt I could have driven my GT/CS across country, that was the best riding Mustang I've ever owned, I was shocked on the way home from the dealership.
