That's the caffeine stuff you breath in. It was mentioned in a thread here somewhere a few days ago.

I tried a couple of them. Not at once. Just gave me the jitters for a few minutes. Didn't notice anything special about it, then again, caffeine really doesn't do much for me anyway. It's supposed to have 100 mg in it.
