Saw this '83 GT at a cruise tonite in Hackettstown, NJ. This car was absolutely magnificent in every way. I spoke with the owner who did a complete resortation himself with the exception of the seats and upholstery.
He explained the car had been sitting for about 10 years. The previous owner had road raced it but the body was in very good condition except for a little rust in the door corners.
The present owner changed the suspension back to stock and replaced the motor 800 miles ago. The odometer shows 67K.
To say this was in better than new condition would almost be an understatement.
