Love some of the unique plates in this thread. I thought about it, but up here there are local specialty plates for sports teams, like the Winnipeg Jets (NHL), Blue Bombers (CFL), Goldeyes (bush league baseball) and other causes (firefighters, humane society, etc) where a portion of the money goes to charity and I think I'm going that route. Still love to see some of the plates out there.

 

Afraid my first personalized plate is a little mundane..

Those black Texas plates are so cool, wish we had those in MN.

 

I seriously LOVE the "G.T. 302" on the sides. i might have to steal that. I thought if it before, but never saw it actually done. bravo.

My wifey had PWNIE on her Triumph motorcycle, so it was still available and we took it back.

Thanks! I had it done in the script the '65 Shelby G.T.350's used. I tried to make my car look similar to a '68 Shelby GT500 with the hood, scoops, spoilers, etc. so I thought it would work out.

 

OH Boy! Look what came in the mail.

 

OK, these are NOT personalized in the sense that I did not pick the letter/number combo. I just wanted black plates for my Fusion Sport and Texas has that option. When I traded it in for my '14 Mustang I transferred the plates over and I like how they look on this car, too.

It didn't occur to me that someone might mistake them for an attempt to make my V6 a GT. I may just get new ones.

 

just leave them! Not worth the extra to get new ones, plus many people won't notice anyways.
