Ford plans on cracking down on Mustang GTD resales, imposing a strict two-year ownership clause to curb flipping.

I don't know how they can possibly enforce that -- I guess the buyer has to sign a contract that promises they won't sell it within two years?

and what if the buyer just goes ahead and sells it anyway? (contract probably has penalties but I don't know how Ford would enforce those penalties)

 

Always flippers to ruin things. Some dealerships are just as bad though charging crazy 'over sticker' prices. Why doesn't Ford crack down on them too???

 

Don't get me Started on Dealers. They are Like Any Other Business Some are Good & Fair & Some are Only About The Buck! On a personal Note Ford Made it harder Every Year To Turn a Profit For The Parts Department. You Had To get Sharper & Sharper To Turn a Profit. Anyhoo I Had a Great Run With Clevenger But Then My Exit Dealers During My last Years Working Were Real A-Holes!
