Stumbled on these while browsing youtube... not sure I like them but it's definitely different to say the least.

While I think having a hardtop conv. would be cool those two models don't look that good. Hard top conv. add quite a bit of weight and take up usable interior and trunk space. Still it would be cool if Ford could do it without making the back end look wierd like the two in the video.

I agree it looks a lot like the SLK230 Compressor rear

Exactly what I was thinking. Not sure if I like it good enough to pay the price of the conversion.

My parents have the SLK. It's cool to watch the roof fold down. I like the mustangs jump seat sized rear sport bench. You never know when you may need leprechauns in back.
