Overall up by $375, but bunches of geegaws will be standard, such as lane assist, blind spot help, and rain sensing wipers. You know, cool stuff. Here's the breakdown on the price hikes in the article.

Ecoboost +485
Ecoboost Premium +490
Ecoboost Covertible +485
Ecoboost Convertible Premium +440
GT Convertible Premium +240

(485+490+485+440+240) / 5 = +428 average.

Hayyy.... Somethin' fishy's going on here.. that's totally not 375!

/Methinks you should have done the full monty on the pricing, OP.

JS I believe if I was in the market for a new pony $490 isn't a deal breaker...$490 divide 60 months = $8.17 a month.

^^^ I agree. Even $1,000+ wouldn't stop my from buying a new V8 GT 'vert. As soon as I pay off my new Challenger ($6,000 to go) I'll be saving up for one. I just hope I'm not too late in a few years. I am quite pleased that a V8 can still be had. You know the day is coming when that option will be gone. Over in Mopar land everyone is worried about the sale of FCA to Stellantis which is mostly interested in electric just like everyone else. YouTube is loaded with doom and gloom V8 options in the future, especially with the end of SRT and possibly high horsepower Hemi engines. It's the beginning of the end. I see the same pattern just starting as I did back in the early 70's with the end of high horsepower engines. Back then it was insurance costs and gasoline shortages. Now it's electric.
