Those Mustang II's are why we still get to drive Mustangs today. In the lowest period of the domestic auto industry, they bridged the gap.

I just realized today marks my 19th year on the site. Where did the time go?

"Happy Anniversary" As 3 months ago marked my 17th year on the site... There's also no doubt that if it had not been for the overwhelming success of the Mustang II during the Arab Embargo Crisis of the middle 1970s we wouldn't be driving Mustangs today as we know it...

Therefore, we all as Mustang enthusiasts owe it all to Ford for saving the Mustang during the lowest period in domestic automotive history!
