Need help identifying a part name

I can seem to find the part/part name in the attached picture. This is on a 1971 Mach 1 mustang I am attempting to restore. It’s a plastic part that is under the drivers side front fender and is attached to the radiator support. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Correction

The post should say “I CAN’T seem to find the part/part name in the attached picture.”
