Hello, i´m searching this little part. is a steering wheel cuff. Where can i buy this or have this?

Looks like something that would come with the actual column. Have you checked any junk yards? That is where I would start if it is a classic and the Ford Dealer could not help you out.

Yes, a yard send me a offer: $80.

But ebay have 2 parts with a normal price.
