The market will rebound Jill, IMHO, the reduction in housing prices will spur a new demand. People will begin to buy again now that the prices have fallen.

Good night Nathan. It's been a long weekend.
Parents had their 50th Friday night. Went to Austin all day Saturday in search of a Bronco. Looked at 3 came home with nothing. And spent today cleaning house and watching football. I'm ready for sleep.
