Thanks, I have heard more rumors about a new Shelby or Mach 1 (Ford has to pay to use the Shelby name). I vote Shelby and would pay for it (what? Maybe +$100?). The contract was signed years ago.

I am a full ICE user. I can't see myself in an EV car....Just not going to happen.

 

If Ford could get a handle on the price gouging that would be the first step in getting many customers back including myself. And if they put a reasonable MSRP on it it will be a home run. So I will wait for more news to come.

 

I say Ford is not price "gouging". They need to make a fair profit, or the Mustang brand will be gone forever.

Some dealers have sales managers that will screw you. They talk the trash and end up as big losers.

A Ford buyer must find a reasonable dealership that wants repeat buyers over instant profits.

As Long as Somebody Pays the Piper The B/S is Validated! Yes We Should Not Deal With Those Dealers or Any Other Business That Takes Advantage of People! People Don't Realize They Are Franchise's And One Dealer To The Next can Be Completely Different in Business Ethics. Most Will Scream Bloody Murder When taken Advantage of But Seldom Give Kudo's To The Good Ones. It's The Nature of The Beast Sadly!

I agree. Ford has a sticker price called MSRP. A dealer gets a ~8% discount from this to make money?

Anything more than that is pure dealer profit. Anything lower is a discount from what the dealer should make?

Did I got screwed by paying $58K on the car? I say absolutely no one did. The UAW made money as well as Ford and the dealer. My local government tax made the big money..

My mail says, the Mustang V8 is not going beyond 2025 & will only be made available in the Shelby. With even that subject to limited production numbers, & constant reviews.
