Nuff said!
But for real. Have you heard this thing?! TMS linked the intro video with the beast rolling around on stage. It sounds like my Boss 302 on steroids!
My heart did this:
My brain did this:
My wallet did this:
And my mouth did this:
I spoke to my dealer about a regular GT350 and he 'promised' MSRP and no mark ups on it since I'm a repeat customer who visits monthly to BD and kick tires.
So. Once I find out what the expected MSRP is for the R, then I'll know if I can start selling organs and eating ramen for the next year to save up and get it!

I do not want the stripped down creature comforts that the GT350R offers. It will go really fast but I do not plan to track. Don't want a car with No Radio/CD/Sound System, No AC, No Rear Seat, etc. But the GT350 is definitely something I am watching.
I get all weepy and week knee'd anytime I see an original GT350. I hope the new one will elicit a similar response the first time I lay eyes on one.
This one made me drool and consider moving into the camper... or a van... down by the river... Video Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ruc1pBkOLN8&sns=em
Yep. You can put ac, radio and nav back into the R.
I agree. I suspect most of the folks who buy a GT350R will track it or garage it. I don't think it'll see very much street time. The GT350 seems to be on everyone's radar whether or they can afford it. I certainly can't. But it's more of a maybe than the R as long as I pick the right six numbers.
