I might be alone, but I don't care much for the 'R' as compared to the "base" GT350.

I also know this is a silly point to make, as I'd take either over basically any other option at this point. I was really hoping the GT350 would be more accessible, like the GT500/Bullitt/Boss models were. I guess I'm not the only person that has been waiting for one since the S197 remodel.

I liked the avalanche gray they showed recently, I think all the plastic trim pieces on gt350 give nicer contrast with any other color then black.

Pretty cool but I'm so burnt out on black cars, especially black cars with black wheels and black interiors and blacked out headlights and blacked out tail lights with limo grade tint.

Ha ha......sexiness. I think it's funny that people are like, "I will just get the GT350 and not the R because I want it as a daily." I'm over here like I would do the opposite because I don't need a radio with the sound of that car. I need more racecar in my life.

I'm assuming the price tags are pretty different!

Lowering the car a lot is not always conducive to maxing tracking capabilities, though I do se what you mean. It almost looks like the wheel is smaller than what it should be, looking like there is a large space also in front and behing the wheel not just above it. Upping the wheel size by an inch or two looks like it would fill the gaps much better. Though it could also be a bit of an illusion being all black and having no contrasting colors in the mix.

I think it has something to do with the cars two piece rotors.
