HOLY MOSES!!! This would be my color scheme, if I did an R car. That is outstanding!!

*****There are 3 people having serious engine "issues" with their GT350 cars, which is pretty crappy/disheartening to hear about. Two on one forum and one on another. Unfortunate.

 

Hopefully Ford will take care of them. Some early C7 Z06's grenaded their engines and GM replaced them.

 

There must be something going on with them. A guy showed up at our local Track and the car was slow. My 2014 gt beat it by a half a second.

 

We're getting a little OT, but is the problem that the non-TP cars are going into limp mode after 15 minutes of track time? Because they have that one figured out.

 

You also have to count in the driver behind the wheel. I have seen 15 second 2014 Mustangs soooo there is always that.

I do know that non track pack cars have had transmission issues causing the car to go into limp mode due to overheating the transmission while on track.

 

A powerful car is great at the track, but a great driver is most important!!!

Believe it or not, the high-performance Ford Shelby GT350 Mustang currently doesn't come standard with the Track Package. That's going to change with the 2017 model year.

Yeah,....still a s*itty situation after dropping some serious coin on a car. I "assume" it goes on the Carfax and affects the resale value. I've also read some horror stories with the ecoboost Mustangs as well.

The cars rally aren't going into limp mode,...the engines are dropping oil pressure/losing oil. Same with some ecoboost Mustangs as well.
