It also has the lower rear fog light in between the reverse lights.

 

Correct, we (UK) require amber turn signals, but clever use of LEDs behind a red lens means it IS possible for it to function amber.

Does PP in the title mean Performance Pack?

I thought it couldn't have the 50th Appearance Package (hence, the 50 Years gas cap) and the Performance Pack.

I thought those two together were only available on the Limited Edition.

So why exactly is the rear fog light red? & not white like the tail lights, that lights up red when on?

 

Red will have greater contrast against a dark background, and it won't be confused with a reverse light.

 

It's a light not a refector, if it lights up red how would it be cofused with a backup light?

edit: what I mean is why is it red when it's off, when all the rest are white when off
