Slight negative camber on rear wheels

Slight negative camber on rear wheels
So I took my stang to the dealership the other day for an oil change, and while I was there I asked the technician who took care of me if the slight negative camber on the rear wheels is normal, or if I need to have it aligned properly. He said that with these cars that slight angle, and it is very slight, is to address the car when cornering. I can see how that may be the case if I am on a track all day long, however, I am not. Should I get this aligned properly? I have a 2017 GT with the PP package, lowered by 1 inch. Any insight is appreciated guys.
Thanks

Negative camber will go a loooong way in taking a clover leaf ramp at ludicrous speed. How much negative camber do you have exactly?
I run -2.0 deg in the front. Rear is SRA so I can't change it. But I do track the car.
