Like many of you I have been experiencing the rattle between 2-3K RPM. Now that it's cool in the mornings here in New England I can barely hear it. It seems when the IAT is below 80 degrees it's very difficult to hear. As IATs rise it becomes more noticeable. Now I'm thinking it could be the intake manifold rattling internally.

Has anyone else noticed this?
