Intake Manifold Replacement on 4.0L

Intake Manifold Replacement on 4.0L
Recently I took my car to the dealer to have the exhaust rattle/vibration TSB performed. At 2000 RPM there is a loud rattling vibration only when the transmission is in gear. It has done this since I took delivery of the car new.
The dealer did the exhaust TSB but it did not solve the problem. However they informed me that my intake manifold needed to be replaced which the technician seems to think is the actual cause of the rattling vibration. The dealer ordered the intake manifold and I will see later if this actually fixes the problem.
Has anyone else heard of this problem?

Cracked Intake Manifold Replaced
I got the intake manifold replaced under warranty and it fixed the buzzing noise at 2000 RPM in drive... The plastic intake manifold was cracked causing the vibration sound.
