Got my Triple Yellow base Mustang GT today
I couldn't bear to part with my 2013 Base GHIG with Track Pack and Recaros, so she remains in the stable.
Now for the deets on the 2015 triple yellow GT. I got the 6-speed model with the 300a equipment package. The clutch on the 15 is lighter than the 13, the shifter is also pretty loose on it too. It's a little more daily driver friendly than my 13th. Being that this is the poverty package, it has the 18" wheels. The front brakes are massive compared to the non-brembo brakes on the 5th Gen. It handles a bit better with the IRS.
I test drove the GT Premium with the GT Perf package, but it was 10K more and I could do without all the bells and whistles. Overall I'm happy with the car. You get more bang for the buck on the 15 Models compared to the equivalent 11-14 models. I like the pushbutton start, the bluetooth radio with USB connection. My 13 Base model didn't come with any of that. I'll post pics tomorrow when theres daylight.

IIRC ! Tricoat is pretty much Ford's new paint process for replacing the old clearcoat metallic that was previously used on Ruby Red, Kona Blue and Sterling Grey

I wasn't comparing current prices. I was merely referring to the price of a 14 Base GT when it was new and the 15 Base GT now. The 15 Base GT has more standard equipment than the 14 Base GT with minimal price increase.
