Three nice offerings with some warranty coverage. I have been looking at these, they aren't for the get down racer types. More for the Gentleman GT owner who won't get his hands dirty and is risk averse when it comes to warranty issues. Stage one and two are nice items but you give up being able to run 87 octane gas. That is a non starter for many DD car owners. On the plus side Ford Dealers and aftermarket dealers can sell the kits. That means discounts galore. But then the kit must be installed at a Dealer or at least a ASE certified mechanic and then registered with Ford Performance for the warranty coverage to apply.
Then there is the Stage 3 kit, top end performance only. This is only helpful if you see redline often the GT350 IM and TB won't do anything for your around town driving. I'm not sure who this kit is aimed at, 91 and up octane and power gain at redline but almost no torque gain. Drag racers, Track guys.
The kits are available now and are being installed, one thing already noticed is you have to drive at least 50 miles before the car learns the new parameters and then it seems to perform as advertised. Oh yeah the HP gains seem to be crankshaft not rear wheel numbers.

Wait till 30 Oct 2016
I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with Ford Racing. The reason for the call was to talk about brakes and the infamous rear bumper cover but during the course of the discussion, we also talked about the Power Packs. I have looked at the upgraded throttle body and at various after market intakes. The M8A pack with upgraded throttle body (from the 5.2L voodoo engine), upgraded intake and chip tweaks seems like reasonable value for your $. The Ford rep recommends this package particularly for cars with the 3.73 rear end. His comment was something like, "you will definitely notice the difference"
11Sep'16: I almost purchased the M8A pack but after further reading, decided to wait for the next generation due out on/about 30Oct'16. It adds the GT350 intake manifold to the package (and pushes the price to $2200) but the gains look pretty good. With that powerpack and a low restriction exhaust (you want to work both sides of the breathing equation issue), 500HP seems possible.

@gelbm3 I looked really hard at the Ford packages and decided against them. There are two reasons for my decision. First the HP gained in the #2 and #3 packages is at the top of the RPM range. I'm not a drag racer and that would be useless for me most of the time. The stock GT IM is capable of lots more power if it gets more air. That brings me to reason Two.
You can get more air with aftermarket kits than the GT350 kit. PMAS is one and a little less extensive is the Mishimoto tube. Both use the concept of increasing the volume of the tube to improve flow. Both increase useable HP. Neither require a Tune, but both would make even more HP with one. So with a modest investment and a little work you can gain some HP where you need it. Then if you still want to up the power without tuning you could go with some Kooks LTH with the Green cats. That is an expensive move but headers do make power and with increased intake capacity the headers would be the next move.
