High pitched "Whine" noise

2016 Eco with MT and performance package. Bought the car used 3 weeks from a lot and 10,000 miles. Clean Carfax and Ford shows no service records. Since picking up the car, have noticed a pretty noticeable "whine" at all speeds/RPM's that obviously gets louder the faster I go. Sales guy attributed it to the Pzero summer tires...not knowing any better, I bit and bought the car. Yesterday, I drove a brand new, Eco with Auto trans and same tires and it had no noise whatsoever so I don't think it is the tires. Could just be the manual tranny? I have no issues at all shifting, etc. No clunking, etc.

Noise turned out to be a right rear wheel bearing according to the dealer......part ordered and supposed to be fixed tomorrow.

Update.......both rear wheel bearings were bad.......that's right....both on a 2016 with 7500 miles.
