Front Sway Bar Issues

Front Sway Bar Issues
Sorry for any repetition! My '15 ecoBoost had all the sway bar links and bushings replaced (after five trips to the dealer) at about 500 miles. I now have around 5000 miles on the car and have the same issues, maybe even worse.
Has anyone else encountered this? I can't find any recalls or TSBs; or does anyone have an idea as to what could cause this - steering, alignment, bent frame. I'm a very careful driver, but am afraid someone may have done a Ferris Bueller before I ever took delivery..
Thanks for your time.

What were the other issues you were having? (sorry didn't see your other thread you might be referencing) If its clunking, check that the endlink nuts are tightened properly. They can loosen up sometimes.

Very strange. I have 13,000+ miles on my EB with no problems. I had an alignment shop check the car( annual check due to crappy roads) and they found it met all factory specs, no adjustments needed. I would take the car to a body shop and have them check the unibody to make sure it is in alignment, corner to corner. It may cost you for the check, but it will tell you if you have a problem with the unibody. If not that, then Ford needs to step up and figure out the issue.
I had an '86 T-Bird Turbo that had the rear end installed off center. It ate differential seals, a big problem, which I solved by trading it, since all Ford wanted to do was continue replacing seals until the warranty ran out.
