So you are saying that you have to of built the car to know if its a limited edition? The fact that they will build as many as ordered is fact. How does that make it limited??
I'm saying the intent of the model from the people who build it is what matters. Not random people on Internet forums.
I owned the only true limited CS.. A 2008 Shelby GT. Its a CS car thats shipped to shelby of american and built. Its limited and numbered.
Proof that you have the "I'm only special, so others can't be" chip on your shoulder...

They also sell focus SES certs. My 2002 SVT focus was a limited run car and it had a cert. It really is as simple as if you buy it they will sell it.

I dont think anyone is being sensitive. People point it out because its not 100% correct and as picky ocd car guys we cant help it.
It's not OCD...it's a need to feel Validated. Trust me, you guys that go so far out if your way to say its not a limited edition, special edition or whatever are already far more special than a GTCS driver will ever be.
In the end like I have said I like the CS.

it is a limited edition vehicle and has been advertised as such. But in the end it does not matter. A low production run always makes it more unique. The GTCS does sometime get a bad rap because it is basically an appearance package in most ways. But it is one hell of an appearance package that appeals to many.
I love my GTCS and I have personalized it inside and out. My Name is Brad and I drive a GTCS. If it suits you drive it.

I have a GT/CS. I don't really think is a "special" package. It just has a few cool upgrades compared to a regular or premium GT. In all reality, I should have just spent less and gone with a premium GT an tastefully modded the car to my likings. I love the way my car looks, but Of course I want to customize it.

Only thing i wish my CS would have had is Brembos, but they aren't available for our cars. Otherwise i am very happy with my car and the way it looks. It gets copious amounts of attention. Especially from the ladies.
