2014 GT/CS Tire/wheel

I love the wheels on my 2014 black GT/CS. But I want some wider tires. I am pretty sure they have 245/40/19 tires on them now. I was wanting something like 275s.

Does anyone know the widest tire I can put on the stock wheels? I cant seem to be able to find the exact wheel specs, but I think they are 8.5" wide.

They're 8.5 wide, I wouldn't go wider than a 265 on there, and 265s tend to be more expensive than 255s or 275s because they're less common. Is throw some 255/45s on there with 1" spacers and call it a day!

Yea I thought about spacers, but I want more meat on the ground. Trying to find wider wheels that match pretty close to stock isn't that easy it seems. =(

Shelby CS70s. One of the wheels I'm considering for my car...

They come in 20x9 and 20x10, and they have a few colors/finishes to choose from

Looks really really good. And that might be the route I go, just throw some better tires on there. I spin way too much in 1st and 2nd with stock tires.
