Do alloy wheels need to be primer coated after chrome removal?
Need some help, I am refurbishing the chrome wheel on my wife's QX4 and had to remove the chrome around the lip of the wheel. Since it now bare metal, alloy aluminum, and I don't know if I should use some primer to protect the metal or just go ahead and remount the tire.
