2019 BULLITT... tire ROTATION???

- Actual names, locations, and tellie #s have been altered to protect the innocent or ignorant (take your pick)
- tires rotated (not once but twice)
- the moral of the story, boys & girls, is, sometimes it might make sense to do our Mustangs PMs on a Ford dealer
'19 Bullitt listed for sale, partial history report below:
01/25/2021
1X,XXX
- Non-Ford Dealer
- Somewhere, US
- 561-XXX-XXXX
- Vehicle serviced
- Tires rotated
- Alignment performed
02/14/2022
3X,XXX
- Expertise Auto Service
- Somewherelse, USA
- 407-XXX-XXXX
- Vehicle serviced
- Oil and filter changed
- Tires rotated
- DING DING DING... WE HAVE A WINNER!!!

hmmmm, trying to decipher the meaning here . . . Bullitt has staggered set-up that cannot be rotated, correct?
If so, did you actually pay them for the impossible tire rotation?

Yup I agree, I like to have to first few service visits done at a dealer if possible. Makes any warranty issues easier and prevents the finger pointing to ID-01T shops from happening. It looks like this is for sale, hope you are not actually selling this bad boy all ready?

Bert, the car listed for sale is not mine. I found it to be odd to have that info on its history report.
When my car is in for PMs I always remind the service advisor to exclude tire rotation and as a precaution I remove the wheel lock key from the glove compartment.

I get it now . . .tires should not be rotated because they are staggered, plus the tires are directional, so you can't even take the front right and rotate it to the front left, correct?
makes you wonder if they actually did rotate the tires, or only charged for it?

The Bullitt's rear wheels/tires although 19s as the front are wider and seem to be directional (the tires' grooves on the left side are opposite to the right). And as you probably know, other performance cars might have different wheel sizes as well such as 19s on front and 20s on the rear so definitely those cannot be rotated either.
When I was born the genius gene eluded me (I wonder why)
but I learned a long time ago it pays to know one's car specs.
